Is one of your Tegrity recordings missing from the recordings list page? Tegrity recordings are automatically uploaded in the background, but should a recording not appear, try re-queuing a class recording for upload.
1. On the computer where the class recording was recorded, locate the Tegrity icon in the system tray icon, which looks like this:
2. Right-click the icon and select “Check Upload Queue”.
3. The “Recordings in Upload Queue” window appears. Verify that the recording does not appear in the queue. If the recording in question does appear and is not progressing, remove the recording from the queue (Instructions HERE).
4. Follow steps to “Upload Recording”.
