Troubleshooting: Session protected by DRM, not authorized to play
If you have encontered the “Session protected by DRM, not authorized to play” message when trying to play a recording that you have downloaded, please do the following:
- Add your institution’s Tegrity URL to your list of trusted sites in your Windows Internet Explorer (IE) browser security settings.
- Make sure that ActiveX controls are enabled in your IE browser security settings.
- Make sure that the “DRMActiveXControlClass” browser add-on exists and is enabled in your browser.
