Troubleshooting: Missing Chapters
UPDATE: This issue is resolved with Tegrity Recorder (build 18.104.22.1687)
When clicking on a recording, chapters do not display and recording cannot be played back.
Issue is isolated to Windows 10 (version 1703) users with dual monitors. To resolve the issue, open the Display Settings (right-click on Desktop) and make any change and click Apply. You can revert the change and click Apply again. This will resolve the issue for future recordings. If you’ve already made a recording that is affected by this issue, please contact support.
