Info: Tegrity Administrator Roles

As a Tegrity Administrator you have the ability to create additional Administrator accounts defined with one of the following roles:

  • Full Administrator
  • Help Desk Admin

These 2 roles enable you to provide restricted levels of admin access for use by institution help desk and IT personnel. As a result you are able to delegate support tasks to help desk and IT staff without exposing core Tegrity options and settings. Multiple admin accounts can be created, enabling each individual to have their own log-in and simplifying management of seasonal or temporary staff.

The comparison chart below highlights the default options for each role. All options can be customized from the “Manage Admin Roles” option found on the Admin Dashboard.
