How to: Set Maximum Recording Length

The default maximum recording length for an active Tegrity recording is 600 minutes (10 hours).  This feature was added as part of the Summer 2015 Update so that if the Recorder was inadvertently left running, it will stop after reaching the maximum recording length.  You can adjust the default length to suit your institution’s needs.

To change the default:

Go to the Admin Dashboard of your Tegrity Service.

Click the link Advanced Service Settings in the Service Settings and Maintenance area.
