How To: Enable Closed Captioning for 3rd Party Vendors

1. Access the Tegrity Admin Dashboard
2. Click “Advanced Service Settings”
3. Check the “Enable captioning workflow” box
4. Fill in the “Captioning service notification email address” with the address you wish to receive Caption Requests. This address should be the one provided by your Closed Caption provider.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “OK” to save the settings.
