  • Fix: On SSL-enabled Tegrity instances, when deploying Tegrity by clicking Record a Class using Internet Explorer the following warning appears “Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?”

Changes:

  • Fix: Fixed an issue that caused the service to become unresponsive during periods of high demand.

Tegrity Maintenance Bulletin TEG11-006

Changes:

  • Fix: Students and instructors may experience very slow UI response during peak usage hours.
  • Fix: users cannot record, copy or move to a course with a period (.) at the end of the course ID.

Tegrity Maintenance Bulletin TEG11-005

Maintenance work was carried out between 2am-6am ET. During this period Tegrity may have been inaccessible to some users for up to 20 minutes.

Changes:

  • Fix: User may receive an error when searching a phrase that contains a one (1) character word.
  • Fix: Add the logo and color configuration back to the customize user interface admin page when using AAIRS.
  • Fix: Self registration link appears on the login page when self registration is not selected in AAIRS, if the U/C builder or Excel import connectors are used.

Tegrity Maintenance Bulletin TEG11-004

Tegrity has experienced exceptional usage growth this year.  In order to stay ahead of the projected demand and ensure high-performance service for our full-service customers, we are planning to significantly expand our network capacity overnight on Wednesday, Jan 26.

While we do not anticipate any noticeable interruption, the service may be unreachable for 2-5 minutes.  Self-hosted customers will not be affected.

Tegrity Maintenance Bulletin TEG11-003

Maintenance work was carried out between 2am-6am ET. During this period Tegrity may have been inaccessible to some users for up to 20 minutes.

Changes:

  • Fix: Creating numerous DVD images or error reports (new error reporting mechanism) may make the Tegrity instance unresponsive.
  • Fix: When admin creates an ad-hoc user (user builder), deletes it, and then creates another ad-hoc user with the same ID the system doesn’t allow it stating that the user already exists.
  • Fix: The viewing diagnostics page refreshes after 90 seconds and erroneously recalculates the bandwidth.
  • Fix: The viewing diagnostics page now recognizes Windows Vista 64-bit as a supported platform for viewing.
  • Fix: Playback on the iPhone/iPad app is not possible if one of the chapters in the recordings accessible to the user contain non-alphanumeric Unicode characters.
  • Fix: The admin receives an error when trying to create a DVD image
  • Fix: In some cases, the admin receives an error when impersonating a user
  • Fix: In some cases, user receives an error when trying to login using a link sent via text message to mobile device.
