Tegrity URL Shortener Service

We are working on resolving an issue with the Tegrity URL shortener service. Links such as https://tegr.it/… are currently not redirecting to the correct resource. Please note that the full expanded links are working correctly. Our help portal is also accessible at any time at help.tegrity.com.

MacOS 10.15 Catalina Update

Users who have upgraded their Mac computers to MacOS 10.15 Catalina have been reporting issues with some of the functionality of the Tegrity Recorder.

The issue is being actively investigated by our development team.

In the meantime, if you need to use the Tegrity Recorder to create a recording or take a proctored test, it is advised that you delay updating to Catalina. If you have already updated to Catalina, you could either downgrade the OS X to Mojave or use another available computer to create your Tegrity recording.

Tegrity Maintenance Bulletin TEG19-003

Maintenance work is scheduled to be carried out on Sunday, October 13th, between 1am-8am ET.
Please note that Tegrity will not be available between 1am-4am ET. We apologize for any inconvenience.

PC Recorder 7.5.2542:
– Fix: Toolbar size issue on high pixel density displays

Mac Recorder 2.3 (4304):
– Fix: Crash when no course title or recording title is specified

Tegrity Lecture Capture Android App (Version: 3.4.4):
– Fix: Audio player controls in notification bar and lockscreen not available on Android 8.0+
– Fix: No notifications on Android 8.0+
– Fix: Playback controls remain in status bar even after the app is closed

Tegrity Lecture Capture iOS App (Version: 1.1.6 (2)):
– Fix: When recordings ends, user is redirected to previous page
– Fix: Non-English characters in course name caused name to be truncated in course list
